Mustard Theme Style Shoot At The Dallas Oasis
Mustard yellow is predicted to be one of the most hottest colors for weddings in 2021. Mix in with a little gold and greenery, you've got a stunning, bright and colorful theme. I was lucky to be a part of a gorgeous styled shoot at an equally gorgeous venue a few months ago. The Dallas Oasis, located in Red Oak, Texas, a remote area with meticulously, beautiful landscaping, waterfalls, and greenery. The perfect venue for an outdoor garden spring or fall wedding.
The table setting was placed in the middle of the beautiful green space, right in front of the stage area and decorated with colorful florals and tableware in bright mustard yellow, golds, and orange.

To compliment the beautiful table design I decided to use vellum paper for the table menus. I added a delicate yellow and green Hydrangea flower at the top of the menu for a unique and beautiful detail.
For place cards, I wanted to incorporate the greenery to compliment all of the yellow, orange and gold colors. I used watercolor to hand paint the leaf and branch design on hand-torn, high quality water color paper.
The invitation suite was made on gorgeous handmade paper, a gold wax seal, and all tied together with a beautiful creamy ribbon.
Take a look at the stunning grounds and scenery at this beautiful venue.
